Delisult（以下「本サービス」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、適用法令に従って個人情報等を適切に取り扱います。

1. 取得する情報

• 端末内に保存されるデータ：売上・稼働時間・メモ等の入力内容（原則として端末内に保存）。
• 利用状況データ：不具合把握・品質改善のための最小限の技術情報（例：OS種類、画面サイズ等）。
• 課金に関する情報：App Storeのアプリ内課金に関する状態（当方がカード情報等を取得することはありません）。

2. 利用目的

• 本サービスの提供、維持、改善
• 不具合調査・品質改善
• サポート対応（お問い合わせがあった場合）
• 法令遵守、権利保護

3. OCR機能について

OCR機能は、ユーザーが選択した画像等から文字情報を抽出し、単価計算等に利用することがあります。取得した内容は、原則として端末内で処理します。

4. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合等を除き、ユーザー情報を第三者へ提供しません。

5. 外部サービス

アプリ内課金はApple Inc.が提供する仕組みにより処理されます。課金処理に関する詳細は、Appleの規約・ポリシーをご確認ください。

6. データの保存と削除

入力データは端末内に保存される設計です。端末の設定変更、アプリ削除、ブラウザデータ削除等により消える場合があります。

7. 改定

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されます。改定後は本ページに掲示します。

有料機能を提供する場合、支払い・解約・返金等はApp Storeの仕組み・規約に従います。

5. 規約の変更

当方は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の内容は本ページ等で告知します。

6. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

• Purchase status: subscription/entitlement status via the App Store. We do not receive your card or billing details.

3. OCR Features

When you use OCR features, the Service may extract text from images you select to calculate rates or format notes. Processing is designed to run locally on your device.
