To use Delisult, you must agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy posted on this page. The following is a summary of important information that is also displayed when the app is first launched. For details, please review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on this page.
Delisult is an app for food delivery workers that helps record and manage delivery-related work information, including delivery earnings, working time, number of deliveries, distance, notes, cash-on-delivery amounts, change estimates, and other related records. Delisult does not provide professional advice regarding tax, accounting, legal, employment, income guarantee, or similar matters.
The Image Reading Assist feature (OCR) only processes images that the user voluntarily selects or shares. Delisult does not automatically obtain or save screens from third-party apps.
OCR processing is performed on the user’s device. Images and recognized results are not sent to Delisult’s external servers or to third-party services.
The recognized content is used only to help the user enter information such as earnings, time, distance, number of deliveries, cash-on-delivery amounts, and notes. The user can review and, if necessary, edit the recognized content before adding or saving it.
Delisult does not guarantee the accuracy of OCR results, calculation results, hourly-rate estimates, rates, change estimates, search results, or similar information. The user is responsible for verifying all record details, amounts, travel, handoffs, cash transactions, and information shown in each service.
When using images, the user must comply with the terms, guidelines, and applicable laws of each service. Do not use images that contain third-party personal information, infringe any rights, or that you are not authorized to use.
The main features of the Service can be used without account registration. However, some features may be limited depending on the user’s plan, free trial status, Premium subscription status, usage count, or similar conditions.
Users on a free plan or subject to usage limits may see ads or Premium notices. If the user opens an ad or external link, the terms and privacy policy of the destination website or service will apply.

Delisult (the “Service”) respects user privacy and handles information related to users appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and this Privacy Policy.
The Service does not require account registration to use its main features. Delivery records and similar information entered and saved by the user are generally stored on the user’s device.
1. Information Handled by the Service
The Service may handle the following information. Information stored or processed on the user’s device is not uploaded to or stored on Delisult’s external servers.
- Delivery record information: earnings, working time, distance, number of deliveries, delivery service name, cash-on-delivery amounts, notes, calculation results, records available for search, and other information entered or saved by the user.
- Images and text used for Image Reading Assist (OCR): images voluntarily selected or shared by the user, and text recognized from those images on the user’s device.
- Paid feature and entitlement information: information necessary to verify purchase status, free trial status, Premium subscription status, and usage entitlements through App Store in-app purchases. Delisult does not receive credit card numbers or other payment card details.
- Support inquiry information: information provided by the user when contacting Delisult, to the extent necessary to respond, review the inquiry, investigate the issue, or provide support.
2. Purposes of Use
Information handled by the Service is used for the following purposes.
- To provide Service features such as delivery records, notes, calculations, search, summaries, display, and saving.
- To assist the user in entering their own delivery records through Image Reading Assist (OCR).
- To display reference values such as online hourly-rate estimates, distance rates, number of deliveries, cash-on-delivery amounts, and change estimates.
- To determine Premium features, free trial status, free-plan limitations, ad display, and usage entitlements.
- To maintain and improve the Service, investigate issues, improve quality, respond to inquiries, comply with laws, and protect rights.
3. Image Reading Assist (OCR)
Delisult’s Image Reading Assist feature (OCR) assists user input based on images that the user voluntarily selects or shares.
Delisult does not automatically obtain or save screens from third-party apps.
OCR processing is performed on the user’s device. Images and recognized results are not sent to Delisult’s external servers or to third-party services.
The recognized content is used only to help enter information such as earnings, time, distance, number of deliveries, cash-on-delivery amounts, and notes. The user can review and, if necessary, edit the recognized content before adding or saving it.
When using images, the user must comply with the terms, guidelines, and applicable laws of each service. Do not use images that contain third-party personal information, infringe any rights, or that you are not authorized to use.
4. On-Device Storage and External Transmission
Delivery records, notes, calculation results, records available for search, and similar information entered and saved by the user are generally stored on the user’s device. Delisult does not upload or store this information, images, or recognized results on Delisult’s external servers.
Data stored on the device may be deleted or become unavailable due to changes in device settings, app deletion, device failure, changes to the OS or app operating environment, storage deletion, in-app operations associated with currency changes, or similar circumstances. The user is responsible for backing up any information they need to retain.
5. Third-Party Disclosure and External Transmission
Delisult does not provide user information to third parties except where required by law, where the user has given consent, or where necessary to protect rights or prevent misuse.
Images and OCR recognized results are not sent to Delisult’s external servers or to third-party services.
6. App Store Billing and Premium Features
Paid features, free trials, Premium subscriptions, and purchase status verification for the Service are processed through the App Store system provided by Apple Inc. Apple’s terms and policies apply to payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, purchase history, and payment information.
Delisult does not receive credit card numbers, bank account information, Apple ID passwords, or similar payment information.
7. Ads, Notices, and External Links
Users on a free plan or subject to usage limits may see ads, Premium notices, announcements, or similar content.
If the user taps an ad, official website link, support page, or other external link, the user may be taken to an external website. The handling of information on an external website is governed by that external website’s terms and privacy policy.
8. Data Deletion
Data stored on the user’s device can be deleted through in-app deletion features, device settings, app deletion, or similar methods. If an operation, such as changing the currency setting, requires deletion of past delivery record data due to the nature of the feature, the app will provide notice in advance.
For information that the user has sent directly to Delisult, such as support inquiry content, please contact Delisult through the instructions provided in the Service or on the official website if you wish to request deletion or other handling.
9. Changes
This Policy may be updated as necessary due to changes in laws, Service content, added features, or operational policies. Updated content will take effect when posted on this page. If there are important changes, Delisult may provide notice through the app, official website, or another clear method.

1. Application and Consent
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using Delisult (the “Service”). Users use the Service after agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
The Service is a work-assist tool for food delivery workers. It provides features such as earnings records, working time records, number of deliveries, distance, online hourly-rate estimates, distance rates, delivery notes, note search, note import, cash-on-delivery records, change estimates, Image Reading Assist (OCR), and a launcher.
The Service does not provide professional advice regarding tax, accounting, legal, employment, insurance, transportation, safety, income guarantee, or similar matters. Calculation results, summaries, reference values, OCR results, and similar information displayed by the Service are assistive information based on the user’s input or recognized content.
3. Account Registration and On-Device Storage
The main features of the Service can be used without account registration. Delivery records, notes, calculation results, and similar information entered and saved by the user are generally stored on the user’s device.
Data may be deleted or become unavailable due to changes in device settings, app deletion, device failure, changes to the OS or app operating environment, storage deletion, in-app operations associated with currency changes, or similar circumstances. The user is responsible for managing and backing up any necessary data.

When using images, the user must comply with the terms, guidelines, and applicable laws of each service. Delisult does not recommend or permit any act that violates third-party service terms, infringes rights, or violates privacy.
5. Records and Calculation Results
Earnings, time, distance, number of deliveries, online hourly rates, rates, change estimates, cash-on-delivery amounts, summaries, search results, notes, and similar information displayed in the Service are reference information based on the user’s input or content recognized by OCR.
The user is responsible for verifying actual earnings, compensation, cash received, amounts paid, tax treatment, information shown in delivery services, contractual conditions, and similar matters.
6. Paid Features, Premium, and Free-Plan Limitations
The Service includes features that can be used for free and paid Premium features. During a free trial period, Premium features may be available. After the free trial ends, or if the user is not subscribed to Premium, some features may be subject to limitations on usage count, display, launch method, saving, search, or similar functions.
D Launcher, external shortcuts, and similar features that directly launch specific functions from outside the app may be Premium features. Some normal in-app operations may remain available for free within certain limits.
Prices, free trial periods, renewal terms, payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the App Store purchase screen and Apple’s terms and policies. Users can cancel subscriptions through the App Store subscription management screen.
Premium features, free-plan limitations, ad display, trial conditions, and available content may change due to service improvements, operational needs, legal requirements, platform requirements, or similar reasons.
7. Ads, Premium Notices, and External Links
Users on a free plan or subject to usage limits may see ads, Premium notices, announcements, or similar content. Ads may not be displayed while the user is subscribed to Premium or during a free trial.
If the user taps an ad, official website link, support page, or other external link, the user may be taken to an external website. Delisult is not responsible for the content, products, services, or handling of personal information on external websites. Use of external websites is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those external websites.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, public order, or morals.
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, tampering, misuse, or circumvention of security features or usage restrictions.
- Improperly bypassing or tampering with Premium status, purchase status, free-plan limitations, ad display, or similar mechanisms.
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, credibility, or reputation of third parties.
- Using third-party personal information, rights-infringing images, or images that the user is not authorized to use in the Service.
- Acts that violate the terms or guidelines of delivery services, map services, payment services, or other third-party services.
- Using the Service for the purpose of improperly obtaining, saving, sharing, or analyzing third-party information.
- Using false information to cause harm to Delisult or any third party.
- Any other act that Delisult determines to be inappropriate.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” Delisult does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness, continuity, or availability of calculation results, OCR results, notes, search results, summaries, displayed content, advertising content, or information available through external links.
The user is responsible for confirming and making their own decisions regarding work-related matters, travel, handoffs, cash transactions, information displayed in delivery services, tax and accounting treatment, filings, contracts, and similar matters.
Some or all features of the Service may become unavailable due to the device, OS, network environment, app settings, storage, changes to external service specifications, changes to delivery service displays, changes to terms, outages, or similar circumstances.
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, guaranteed by, or acting as an agent of any specific delivery service, map service, payment service, or other third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Delisult will not be liable for damages incurred by the user arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Delisult.
10. Changes to These Terms
Delisult may modify these Terms as necessary due to changes in laws, Service content, added features, operational policies, platform requirements, or similar reasons. Updated content will take effect when posted on this page or otherwise announced. If there are important changes, Delisult may provide notice through the app, official website, or another clear method.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with the Service, the competent courts in Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
